Includes: one vial each of glucose, maltose, sucrose, fructose, ribose, starch, anthrone, Seliwanoff's Reagent, 3.0N HCl, and orcinol; one bottle each of Kl/l2 solution, Baerford's Reagent, FeCl2 solution and amyl alcohol, two vials of Benedict's Reagent, 24 student data sheets and instructor's manual. Also includes assessment manuals and scoring sheets.
(Please note: Concentrated sulfuric acid and glacial acetic acid are required but not included.)
