Matching Activities with Tangrams |

This set of 16 cards is designed to help students learn to recognize geometric shapes, and to combine geometric shapes to make other shapes. The cards are sequenced according to level of difficulty. On the first few cards, students combine only a few tangram pieces. Gradually they combine more and more pieces. On the first eight cards, the outlines are shown for each individual piece. On the second eight cards, only the outside outline of the shape is shown. The children must find out which pieces will cover a shape. 16 full-color cards and an activity sheet.
