Knock Down DC Motor

This neat little DC Motor Kit comes with its own dual-purpose storage box.
When unassembled, the motor parts fit nicely in the base for safe keeping. When in use, the lid acts as the base for the assembled motor.
By taking the motor apart and putting it back together, students will become familiar with motor structure and gain an understanding of how the various parts of a motor combine to create the whole.
Can be operated as either a DC or AC motor – clearly showing the relation of the rotation direction of the rotor with the direction of current and magnetic line of force. Uses one 6V battery (not included).
