Students begin with the 48 pp., spiral bound book that explains what magnets are, how they are used in computers and magnetic compasses, how magnets repel and attract, what makes an electric current flow, and how power plants supply electricity.
Then it's on to the CD-ROM where they can build their own virtual circuits that behave exactly like real electric circuits, test various materials to learn which are magnetic and which conduct electricity, hop aboard a time machine and delve into the history of electricity and magnetism, and enter the Slime Dungeon and save Kevin from getting slimed by answering questions correctly. Ages 7-12.
