Developed by the American Meteorological Society, this unique slide chart lets students explore the workings of the tropical Pacific marine environment and the conditions that conspire to create the weather phenomena known as El Nino and La Nina.
Inquiry-based investigations help students better understand how the oceanic and atmospheric conditions that occur during El Nino and La Nina can lead to major ecological, societal and economic disruptions.
