Build student interest in the form and functions of the human body with these colorful teaching models.
Each of these colorful human body teaching models was designed specifically for hands-on use by younger students and to complement the elementary and middle school curriculum. Models cover both anatomical and biological concepts. Models aremade of resilient, non-toxic damage-resistant EVA foam.
Models can be used in a variety of ways: as a puzzle, as a matching game, for tracing and coloring activities, in a dramatic play. Each comes with a reproducibleactivity card and guide.
The images on the card can be cut out and laminated for use in a learning center or as a group activity, can be sent home with students as an activity they can complete with help from parents or caregiver, as templates for creating other models, or develop your own.
These models can also be used in curriculum areas other than science such as data analysis, graphing, eye-hand coordination, design and technology, problem solving, creative writing and artistic expression. Grades K-8.
